Dean Crombie

Dean Crombie was an outstanding midfield player who started his career off playing at the Rustan Bucyrus non league side prior joining Lincoln City in February 1977. After a successful short spell at Lincoln he joined Grimsby Town in the summer of 1978 and spent nine years playing for the club and won the 1980 third division title with them. David Felgate

Felgate started his career off playing for Bolton wanderers during the 1978-79 season before moving to Lincoln City at the start of the 1980-1981 season. After five successful years in goal for Lincoln he moved on to star for Grimsby Town and spent one season at the club between 1986 and 1987. Felgate made his return to Burnden Park in the summer of 1987 and went on to make over 250 appearances for Bolton.

Scott Green

Green is arguably one of the greatest midfielders to have played for Bolton Wanderers over their recent history of the club. He made his debut at Bolton during the 1989-90 season and soon settled in the Bolton midfield and became a firm favourite with the Wanderers supporters. His great play carried Bolton from the second division in to the top flight in time for the 1995-96 campaign. He made over 200 appearances for the club during his eight years at the club.
